It is difficult for business woman to decide on having a baby. Some day she has to choose between career and family happiness. It is a very difficult choice, because either family or career is equally important to any modern woman. I think any woman dreams of combining successful career and happy family. I have got a good job. I work at an office and have been promoted twice, though I work no more than 5 years. Two years ago I married the man I was in love with. We wanted a baby very much but I was afraid that I would not be able to pay enough attention to a baby because of my job. I decided to share my concerns with my doctor. He told me that many women face the same problem now and talked me into having a baby. He told that with my salary I can quite afford a good baby sitter. And the problems of nursing and health could be solved by modern medication. He explained to me that all my problems would be solved with Dostinex, a totally new medication used for prevention or suppression of physiological post-natal lactation, treatment of disorders having to do with hyperprolactinemia, including functional disorders like amenorrhea, scanty menstruation, anovulation and lactorrhea.Drug mechanism consists in direct stimulation of dopaminergic receptors of lactotropic cells of hypophysis.  Reduction of prolactin level in plasma occurs in 3 hours after taking Dostinex and the result may keep within 7-28 days in hyperprolactinemia patients and 14-21 days in women in post-natal period. Intensity and duration of reduction in prolactin level depends on the dosage of Dostinex.  Kabergolin affects selectively and therefore does not influence the basal secretion of other hypophysis hormones and cortisol.
Kaberlogin is quickly absorbed from gastrointestinal tract can be found in plasma in 0.5-4 hours. Taking medication with food does not influence absorption and distribution of kabergolin. The overall result can be seen in 4 weeks of Dostinex treatment. The rate of   bonding with proteins makes 41-42%.The speed of excretion with urine makes 63-68 hours in healthy volunteer and 7-115 in hyperprolactinemia patients. He explained that prescription for every patient may vary. For prevention of lactation 1mg (2 tablets) is to be taken on the first day after childbirth.
For suppression of lactation 0.25 mg (1/2 of a tablet) is recommended two times a day within 2 days (the total dose is 1 mg). The dose should be increased gradually- by 0.5 mg with one month interval for achievement of optimal therapeutic effect.
For treatment of hyperprolactinemia disorder o.5 mg is prescribed in a week. It should be taken two times a week (e.g. on Monday and Thursday). An average therapeutic dose makes 1 mg per week, but may vary in the range from 0.25 mg to 2mg a week. Patients suffering from hyperprolactinemia should take up to 4.5 mg a week.
If prescribed 1 mg dose or more a week, it must be divided into two or more doses depending on how your body tolerates it. Dostinex should be taken orally, advisably with food. On my doctor’s advice I started taking Dostinex. It helped me immensly. The dosage of Dostinex depends on the quantity of the hormone. I was prescribed 2 tablets.  The rate of prolactin dropped and did not rise again. So I did not experience any discomfort because of my inability to nurse my baby. My baby is 3 years already. Both I and him feel fine. I am very thankful to my doctor and Dostinex. Due to them I was able to become a mom without having to leave my job for a long time and without unpleasant feelings concerning my compelled refusal to breathe-feed the baby.
